- 3.30pm – 6pm: General use of gym
- 6pm – 7pm: Group fitness class
- 7pm – 8pm: Ladies only class
Wednesday
- 3.30pm – 8pm: General use of gym
- 4pm – 5pm: Kids’ class (ages 5-12)
- 5.15pm – 6.15pm: Boxers class (age 13+)
- 7pm – 8pm: Group fitness class
Thursday
- 3.30pm – 6pm: General use of gym
- 6pm – 7pm: Group fitness class
- 7pm – 8pm: Slot for football teams or private classes
Friday
- 3.30pm – 7pm: General use of gym

- 9am –10am: Group fitness class
